HOW THE AGENDA SYSTEM WORKS

Agenda (formerly named Termidor) is the most tested termiticide in history. Before it was made available to homeowners worldwide, it underwent some of the toughest tests to determine its value and effectiveness.

It has been rigorously tested in all parts of the globe including termite-prone areas in the USA, Japan, and more. At every location, the Agenda System proved 100% effective - without exception. In fact, even under the most trying conditions in the Philippines and Thailand, the Agenda system outlasted competitors and provided 100% complete protection over 4 years under intense termite pressure.

Advantages of the Agenda System

  • Agenda is a responsible, odorless, low-dose treatment approved by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia.
  • Agenda is highly effective against all species of subterranean termites.
  • Agenda is the most extensively tested termiticides in history.
  • Stringent data records in the USA prove that the Agenda solution is effective with a 100% rate and over five years.
  • Agenda's unique ingestion, contact, and transfer effect manages termite colonies in 3 months or less.
  • Agenda has no effect on plants growing in treated soil, earthworms and other soil micro flora.

Steps in setting up the Agenda System

  1. A visual inspection of all easily accessible areas within the premises will be carried out. All subterranean termite infestations detected will be treated via direct spraying method. (Note: The customer should remove or shift items away from the wall or built-in cabinets that require treatment.)
  2. Holes of approximately 12mm diameter at 30cm (12-inch) intervals to be drilled along the perimeter ground-floor slab joint and infested areas. All holes to be drilled are to penetrate the concrete floor slab. (Note: The customer is to provide a detailed layout plan that shows the locations of the laying of underground cable wires and water pipes so as to avoid drilling onto them.)
  3. Agenda will be introduced into the soil through the drilled holes by means of a pressurized pump. All holes will be sealed with a cement mix or some other similarly suitable material and then colored (if required) to match the general appearances of the surface floors. The patching up of the drilled floorings excludes replacement of the existing flooring material, e.g. parquet, marble and tiles.
