The Pest : Spiders
Spiders differ from insects in that they have eight legs rather than the usual six, and only have two body regions. Many people fear spiders because of stories or myths while others find spider-infestations unsightly because of the cobwebs spiders build and leave behind.

The Threat : Most species of spiders have venom that is not very toxic to humans. Any bites usually result in a slight swelling, inflammation, or itch.
