Mr. Yoong Seng Foo
General Manager

Mr. Yoong is responsible for the overall development and management of Antipest Management Services and its subsidiary companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the pest control industry and was previously the Pest Control Division General Manager of an international environmental services company. He is an Honours graduate in Combined Science from the United Kingdom and a full-fledged member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM). He has been a certified licensed fumigator by the Ministry of Health since 1984 and a certified licensed applicator by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia. Mr. Yoong is also actively involved in the pest control industry at large, serving the Pest Control Association of Malaysia in many capacities such as Honorary Secretary and Vice President of Membership since 1997.

Mr. Kevin Eng
Senior Manager

Mr. Eng specializes in formulating pest control programs for our commercial and industrial clients, which are required to meet rigorous international standards such as the ISO and HACCP. He has developed several 'integrated pest management' pest control programs with an emphasis on prevention for several; international food factories. Before joining Antipest, Mr. Eng was attached with an international pest control company. He is a certified Licensed Applicator by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia.

Mr. Kevin Chin
Business Development

Mr. Chin's responsibilities are developing the pest control business and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of pest control services they deserve. Mr. Chin has over 10 years of experience in the pest control industry and was also formerly from an international pest control company. He is a certified Licensed Applicator by the Pesticide Board of Malaysia.

Mr. Low Beng Kiat
Service Executive

Mr. Low is responsible for the overall service operations of Antipest and ensures our service quality standards are continually met and improved. In addition, he is our Management Representative in developing the ISO Quality Management standards. He is an Honours graduate in Agriculture with a major in Entomology.

Mr. Balasubramanium
Service Supervisor

With 35 years of experience in the pest control industry, Mr. Balasubramanium is one of the longest serving service supervisors/technicians in Malaysia. He has serviced all types of properties including hotels, high-rise buildings, factories, resorts and condominiums. Before joining Antipest, he was attached with an international pest control company.
